How To Use Blood Photoshop overlays
- Open your image in Photoshop and create a new layer above it. You can do this by clicking on the “Create a New Layer” button in the Layers panel or by using the keyboard shortcut “Shift+Ctrl+N” (Windows) or “Shift+Command+N” (Mac).
