How to Use Photoshop Overlays
- Open your photo in Photoshop.
- Open the overlay file that you want to use in Photoshop. The overlay file should be in a separate layer.
- Drag the overlay file onto your photo. The overlay will be placed on a new layer above your photo.
- Resize and position the overlay layer as desired. You can use the transform tools (CTRL+T on Windows or CMD+T on Mac) to resize and position the overlay.
